1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and pk58 (hereinafter "pk58", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pk58 website available at pk58.pro and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and promotional offers.

By registering an account on pk58 or by accessing any part of the pk58 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the pk58 platform in any capacity.

pk58 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file. Your continued use of pk58 following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pk58 website at pk58.pro and all associated gaming and betting services offered thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on pk58, through which the Player accesses real-money gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or equivalent funds held within a Player's pk58 Account at any given time, including both cash balance and bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to an Account by pk58 pursuant to a promotional offer, and which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method, as required by pk58 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds — or winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal as cash.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of account-level controls available to Players including deposit limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion, as further described in Section 11.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the pk58 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an Account. pk58 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. If pk58 determines at any time that an Account Holder is or was under 21 years of age at the time of registration, pk58 will immediately close the Account, void all bets placed, and return deposited funds after completing any required verification.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to legal guardianship or are otherwise legally incapable of contracting, you are not permitted to use pk58.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of pk58 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk58 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all locations. Players must satisfy themselves as to the legality of online gaming in their personal jurisdiction before registering.
• Not a pk58 employee or associate: Current employees, contractors, directors, and officers of pk58 and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming services on pk58, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one pk58 Account. Registering multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. pk58 may request documentary proof of any information provided at any time.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk58 login credentials, including your password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. pk58 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify pk58 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pk58 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Account closure by pk58: pk58 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where pk58 suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or Prohibited Conduct.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk58 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. All transactions are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless the USDT channel is selected, in which case prevailing exchange rates apply.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pk58 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used for deposit must belong to and be registered in the name of the Account Holder.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to verified Accounts only. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC) and, where required, proof of the payment method used for deposit. pk58 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes communicated on the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment channel selected.

Withdrawal conditions: A minimum deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of deposited funds can be requested (this is an anti-money-laundering requirement, not a bonus condition). Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 6.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk58 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered at the multiplier stated in the applicable promotion before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each bonus will be specified in the promotion details.
• One bonus per promotion: Each eligible promotional offer may be claimed once per Account, per household, and per device. pk58 reserves the right to limit bonus claims where it reasonably suspects abuse.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Account Holders only. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to deposit limits at the relevant threshold may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain speciality games may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games. Applicable contribution rates will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings and the closure of the Account.
• Modification and withdrawal of offers: pk58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any legitimate expectations already accrued by Players who have partially met the conditions of an active offer.

7. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pk58, including sports betting on cricket, PSL, kabaddi, and UFC markets, as well as all casino games including live casino, slots, Ganesh Fortune, and Color Game:

• Finality of results: All game outcomes and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the pk58 system. pk58 will not reverse settled bets except where a technical error on the part of pk58 has materially affected the outcome, as determined at pk58's reasonable discretion.
• Technical errors: In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a gaming session or bet placement, pk58 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account Balance.
• Obvious errors in odds: Where odds or prices are published on the sports betting platform due to a manifest error (for example, decimal odds of 100.0 for a heavy favourite), pk58 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price, even after settlement, and to re-settle those bets at the correct price.
• Maximum winnings: pk58 may impose maximum single-bet winning limits and maximum payout limits per day, week, or month. Where applicable, these limits will be communicated on the relevant game or betting market page.
• Bet acceptance: pk58 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the stake on any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk58 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on pk58, whether in your own name or any other name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Colluding with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage, including in live poker or any other game where Player interaction affects outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any Player who identifies a software error must report it to pk58 support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening pk58 staff or other Players via the Platform's communication channels.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk58 Platform, including but not limited to the pk58 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of pk58 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk58 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk58 Platform without the prior written consent of pk58.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

pk58 collects, processes, and stores personal data about Account Holders in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk58 will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. pk58 may share data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform. 11. Responsible Gaming

pk58 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies apply to all pk58 Account Holders:

• 21+ Age Restriction: pk58 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all Account Holders. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session time notifications to receive reminders at set intervals during active play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players who wish to take a temporary break may apply a cool-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which all real-money gaming access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who require a long-term break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion, which permanently restricts real-money access to the pk58 Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk58 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Interruption of service due to technical maintenance, infrastructure failures, or events beyond pk58's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Financial losses arising from your gaming or betting decisions.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk58's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pk58 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pk58 will provide notice to registered Account Holders via the email address on file, with a reasonable notice period before the amendments take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect Player rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the pk58 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Balance before the amended Terms take effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied in the jurisdiction under which pk58 operates. pk58 operates under internationally recognised licensing standards and is subject to the regulatory requirements of its licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute between you and pk58 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact pk58 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. pk58 is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as determined by pk58's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitral tribunal orders otherwise.
